Terms Of Payment:
- Our session fees are a professional fee that covers the cost of the photographer's time, cost of materials and post production involved in the actual taking of your portraits. A $30.00 deposit must be paid at the time of booking your session date, and will be deducted from the remaining session fee which must be paid in full at the time of the scheduled session day.
- We will process the images and contact you for a suitable time to view your photos at our studio or you may view them online.
- Type of payments accepted; Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard & Discover.
- If purchasing portraits through Zachary Photography, the balance of your order must be paid upon the completion of any part of your order before it leaves our company. You can expect delivery of your order in about 3-4 weeks.
Copyright
Information:
- All photographers are protected by copyright laws. It is illegal to reproduce them without the written consent of Zachary Photography or Andrew Zachary. Copyright laws prohibits the removal of a photographers copyright logo or signature either manually or digitally.
Proofs, Policy & Terms:
- Proofs: Zachary Photography will provide high-quality proofs for examination. They are simply that, proofs. All proofs are water marked for copyright protection. From your proofs, you will have the ability to choose an image(s) you wish to purchase.
- Proofs will be cropped to give you the best possible idea of what your final prints will look like. Proofs should be ready to view in approximately 2 weeks from the day of your scheduled session, depending on work load.
- Proof sheets maybe purchased as well for $10.00 a sheet.
